SmartGen Diesel Generator Set Controller HGM6110N Fast Free Delivery

The HGM6100N series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent, and networked technologies for the automation and monitoring system of a single generator set to realize the automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" functions of the generator set. The controller adopts a large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) display, with optional interface operation in 8 languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, and French, with simple operation and reliable operation.

The HGM6100N series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology to realize the functions of precise measurement, fixed value adjustment, timing and threshold setting of various parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through a PC via USB. Interface adjustment can also be adjusted and monitored through the RS485 interface using a PC. Its compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

Performance characteristics

There are six models in the HGM6100N series:

HGM6110N/6110NC/6110CAN: used for stand-alone automation, control the automatic start and stop of the generator set through the remote start signal;

HGM6120N/6120NC/6120CAN: On the basis of HGM6110N/6110NC/6110CAN, it adds mains power monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control function (AMF), which is especially suitable for a single-machine automation system composed of one city and one machine.

Note 1: HGM6110NC/6120NC has RS485 interface, HGM6110N/6120N has no RS485 interface.

HGM6110CAN/6120CAN has CAN interface, HGM6110N/6120N and HGM6110NC/6120NC have no CAN interface.
