Thank you for shopping with XFH Generator Parts! We strive to provide the best products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order. You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, if applicable.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Item is damaged caused by improper use.
  • Item received is not working, please directly contact us for refund. 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales01@genpartstec.com or 0086-13823240802 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving order. Once you have your RMA, please send the item to:

4. Shipping Costs

We are responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is received damaged or has defects. In cases where the return is due to an incorrect purchase by the customer, the product can be returned as long as it remains unused, but the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue refund and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. No Restocking Fee.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
  • Products that broke during normal use within the warranty period.
